The world continues to wait for the major anticipated announcement from the Russian Kremlin. It was supposed to be sometime this weekend which is quickly running out.
If no announcement is given then it should be interesting to see if the two appointments on his calendar for tomorrow are kept or postponed like his others in the last few days.
With Vladimir Putin still nowhere in sight and some of the biggest businessmen losing fortunes due to the sanctions and extremely low price of oil this is starting to look more and more like a palace coup.
