Process of peace negotiations on Donbas came to a dead end, and we all see it- Foreign Ministers of Poland and Germany
(Censor.NET) --- The escalation of the conflict in the Donbas actually showed that the peace talks came to a dead end.
Recent events in Mariupol and Donetsk demonstrated a setback in the peaceful settlement of the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Foreign ministers of Poland and Germany Grzegorz Schetyna and Frank-Walter Steinmeier recognized during a meeting in Poland, Censor.NET reports citing Telewizja Republika.
"The process of peace negotiations on Donbas came to a dead end, and we all see it," Schetyna said.
However, according to him, any initiative that will contribute to the settlement of the crisis will be received and find all kinds of support.
"We want efficient policy, fruitful diplomacy; we want to solve the conflict together. The efficiency is of high priority for us today," Schetyna said.
However, as Steinmeier noted, there is a "bitter setback" in the diplomatic settlement process.
He assessed the situation as a return to the "sharp conflict" phase.
"People, including civilians perish again and it's all thanks to the separatists' desire to expand their influence," Steinmeier said adding that "the separatists are seemed to get support from Russia."

Yesterday I was leaving Debaltseve, and a little further notices 3 enemy tanks, one T-64 and two T -72. We had to shy away from a fight any way we could. Also recently I came across a car with ammunition. I shelled it. "Fireworks" went on until night. On one of the roads the separatists set up a roadblock. A surgical strike completely destroyed it. In the last three days our losses are as follows: one tank destroyed and two were disabled. A couple of days ago at Vuhlehirsk we destroyed two enemy and neutralized one more. At the storming towards Debaltseve bridgehead the enemy lost one tank (left it and fled) - we took it as a trophy, three were destroyed, and five disabled . While accompanying a convoy from Artemivsk the guys spotted an enemy sabotage reconnaissance group and shot it with a machine gun leaving three corpses laying in the open," the soldier wrote.
