Suspect in adjusting of fire at Kramatorsk detained – State Border Guard Service
   (Censor.NET) --- The border guards of Ukraine detained a citizen of Ukraine who is suspected of adjusting fire at Kramatorsk.
   Censor.NET reports citing the State Border Guard Service.
   The agency reminded that the Russian mercenaries have also shelled the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine detachment, which is deployed in Kramatorsk city, during the attack committed yesterday at 12.30 p.m.
   "The shelling was conducted using multiple launch rocket systems from the direction of Horlivka. 11 cluster munitions hit the territory of the Border Guard Service detachment damaging the garrison building and injuring one border guard," the statement reads.
   "The border guards detained a citizen of Ukraine after the shelling as a result of investigative activities. He may be involved in adjustment of the terrorists' attack on the Border Guard Service garrison. The man was handed over to the SBU officers to clarify all the circumstances," the State Border Guard Service noted.

Poroshenko: Separation line moved back to location set by Minsk deal
   (Interfax) --- By capturing some villages east of Mariupol and in the Debaltseve area, Ukrainian forces have moved the separation line back to its location as prescribed by the Minsk memorandum, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said on Wednesday.
   "As a result of a counteroffensive operation, the line has been moved over in strict conformity with the Minsk memorandum. Owing to the Ukrainian forces, two tasks have been carried out: reaching the line set by the Minsk memorandum and the guaranteed impossibility of attacks on Mariupol," Poroshenko told a government meeting.
   He said Ukrainian forces had captured two villages near Debaltseve on Tuesday, and that an operation in the vicinity of Mariupol had been organized.
   On Tuesday, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said Ukrainian forces had taken villages including Pavlopil, Kominternove, Lebedynske, Berdianske and Shyrokyne.
   Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak ruled out the possibility of Ukrainian forces surrendering Mariupol and said their capture of villages east of the town y had been in tune with the Minsk agreements.

Direct Russian military intervention occurred in Debaltseve area - U.S. Army Europe commander
   (Censor.NET) --- Experts of the U.S. Armed Forces believe that Russia directly invaded the territory of Ukraine, and its troops are engaged near Debaltseve.
   This is reported by Censor.NET citing Reuters.
   Speaking at a military base in Poland, U.S. Army Europe Commander, General Ben Hodges said that judging by the number of uniforms and equipment types, it was evident that there had been a direct Russian military intervention in the area of Debaltseve.
   Hodges also noted that ten battalions were concentrated on the Russian side of the Ukrainian-Russian border.

Poroshenko has left for Minsk – press secretary
   (Interfax) --- Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko left for Minsk, Belarus on Wednesday to participate in the "Normandy format" talks, his press secretary Sviatoslav Tseholko has said.
   The head of state will arrive in Minsk after 17:00 Kiev time.
   Upon arrival Poroshenko will participate in talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
   Immediately after Minsk, Poroshenko will fly to Brussels, to attend an EU summit on the situation in Ukraine.

Leaders of gunmen in Donbas want amnesty, autonomy and termination of anti-terrorist operation
   KIEV, February 11 (Ukrinform). --- Representatives of terrorist "DNR" and "LNR" offer to start a ceasefire on February 12, announce termination of the anti-terrorist operation and provide autonomy and organize elections in "certain special areas" of Donbas.
   This is stated in a draft protocol to resolve the Donbas crisis that was handed to participants of the Trilateral contact group in Minsk, Belarus, by the illegal formations representatives last Tuesday night. A copy of the document is available at zn.ua news and newspaper website.

 ‘Azov’ volunteers: terrorists shelling Donetsk to scare population and discredit Ukraine army
   (Zik) --- By shelling Donetsk and putting the blame on the Ukrainian army Donbas rebels try to scare the local population and discredit Ukrainian servicemen, ‘Azov’ battalion writes in Facebook Feb. 11.
   At 7.20 today, the rebels shelled Donetsk, hitting the bus station and killing several civilians.
   One of the shells struck the Donetsk steel plant.

Azov Regiment continues fighting for Sakhanka village
   (Censor.NET) --- The soldiers of the Azov regiment are currently engaged in fighting the terrorists in Sakhanka village of the Novoazovsk district in the Donetsk region.
   This is stated by the press service of the regiment on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
   "Azov continues to monitor Ukrainian territories which were liberated yesterday as a result of the offensive. At the moment, fighting continues for the village of Sakhanka," the statement reads.

Eight roadblocks built at Kiev road entrance points
   KIEV, February 11 (Ukrinform). --- Eight roadblocks were built at major Kiev road entrance points to reinforce security measures and law order in the capital city.
   The press service of Kiev city administration quoted deputy head of Kiev administration Petro Panteleyev as saying.
   "To reinforce defense of the capital in response to possible threats of terrorist acts, it was decided to beef up the positions at the road entrances to the capital of Ukraine. These are constructions made of concrete where police personnel are posted. If necessary, police will check documents, suspicious cars and cargo at the roadblocks, so we ask drivers to understand these measures that will be applied solely in the interests of security and peace of residents of the capital," said Panteleyev.

Feb. 10 casualty toll: 19 Ukrainian servicemen killed, 78 wounded
   (Zik) --- In the fighting on Feb. 10, 19 servicemen were killed and 78 wounded, Ukraine army spokesman said, Ukrinform reports Feb. 11.
   Currently, 591 Ukrainian servicemen are in hospital receiving treatment, 26 of them from serious wounds.
   The number of casualties jumped up yesterday, after the Russians used cassette missiles in Kramatorsk  guiding them by spy satellites.
