40 wounded soldiers evacuated by back roads from Debaltseve
   (Censor.NET) --- Kirovohrad car battalion managed to evacuate 40 soldiers, wounded in Debaltseve clashes, to Artemivsk hospital before the beginning of the cease-fire.
   The rescuers tried to evacuate the injured servicemen several times over the past few days, but had to return each time because the road was shelled, Censor.NET reports citing Hromadske.tv
   According to a Kirovohrad car battalion soldier, they had to blaze a trail through the fields since Luhanske and Lohvynove sector is still blocked by pro-Russian militants.
   Earlier Censor.NET reported that 24 policemen stayed in Debaltseve, helping civilians around the clock.

Donbas rebels storming Debaltseve, Ukraine army says
   (Zik) --- Soon after the Minsk ceasefire came into effect, Donbas rebels, in violation of the agreement, started to storm Chornukhyne near Debaltseve, Ukraine army spokesman said Feb. 15, Ukrinform reports.
   With the support of tanks and APCs, the rebels started to storm Ukraine army positions near Chornukhyne. In addition, they shelled our troops bases, the spokesman said, adding that the rebels were provoking a return fire from Ukraine troops. 
   In all, the rebels opened fire on Ukraine troops 10 times during the night, he confirmed.

Nine Ukrainian soldiers killed, 39 injured over last 24 hours – NSDC
   (Censor.NET) --- 39 soldiers were wounded and nine were killed in the ATO zone on the day before cease-fire introduction.
   Andrii Lysenko, Speaker of the National Security and Defense Council, reported at a briefing today, Censor.NET informs.
   "Nine Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 39 injured in the ATO area on Feb. 14," he said.
   According to him, the wounded servicemen receive necessary treatment.

Casualties rise as 'LPR' violates cease-fire in Popasna
   (Censor.NET) --- 'LPR' terrorists continue to violate the cease-fire, which has started today at midnight.
   Censor.NET reports citing Governor of the Luhansk region Hennadii Moskal's official website.
   Today at 12.20 a.m., the terrorists from the occupied Pervomaisk town shelled Popasna town with Grad rockets. A shell exploded in the town center.
   "A shop was destroyed and the roof of a clinic was damaged. A private house on Pionerska str. was destroyed killing an 87-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman," Moskal writes.
   According to the governor, the shelling did not stop in the morning. "As of 9.30 a.m., a cannonade was heard near Troitske village, which is located in the vicinity of Debaltseve town, where fighting is probably going on," Moskal added.

General staff authorizes army to destroy militants firing on civilians
   (Zik) --- Ukraine army was allowed to destroy the rebels who are shelling civilians, chief of general staff Viktor Muzhenko said, Ukrainia News report Feb. 15.
   “Arms can be used, given a permission of higher command if the enemy is shelling and storming our positions as well as shelling important state-owned infrastructure and civilian houses,” the general explained.
   Each fact of the violation of the ceasefire by Ukraine army is to be analyzed, he said.

Ukrainian ATO forces cease fire pursuant to presidential order
   (Interfax) --- The military chiefs of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) sectors in the east of Ukraine have informed Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko at a meeting at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the execution of his order to cease fire on Sunday night.
   "The forces of the antiterrorist operation have ceased fire in the execution of the order by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko," the General Staff Armed Forces of Ukraine told the president.

Poroshenko orders ceasefire by Ukrainian troops at 00:00 on Feb 15
   (Interfax) --- Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has ordered the Ukrainian military engaged in the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine to cease fire in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
   "I want peace, that is why I order that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Border Service and other [Ukrainian troops] to cease fire at 00:00 on February 15," he said at a meeting of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine late on Saturday.

Terrorists prepare provocation to make Russia invade Ukraine
   (Zik) --- According to intelligence reports, Donbas rebels are preparing a provocation to make Russia invade Ukraine, sector “M” Dmytro Chaly told, speaking on Kanal 5 TV Feb. 14.
   The rebels plan, posing as Ukraine army, to shell Russian territory, the officer said. 
   Meanwhile, Oborona Mariupolya (“Mariupol’s Defense”) NGO reported, citing reliable sources, that Feb. 14 the rebels shelled a town near Mariupol, using Grads missile batteries, shooting their operation on video.
