--- The National Army of Moldova
conducted exercises with the US
military. This was reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to
Chisinau channel Publika TV.
Moldovan soldiers
trained in shooting anti-tank guns of the marine corps of the United States .
Minister of defence of Moldova Valery Trainco stated that ”joint exercises help
to establish long-term partnership between the Moldovan and American armies.
The exercise was
attended by soldiers from motorized infantry brigades, 22nd peacekeeping
battalion of Moldova and the
US Marine Corps, stationed at a NATO base in the Romanian city of Constanta .
