Militants killed near Debaltseve had Russian IDs.
   (Censor.NET) --- Two militants killed near Debaltseve carried documents that pointed to their Russian citizenship.
   Censor.NET reports citing the press-service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
   "Here are the documents that warriors of the 128th Mechanized Brigade discovered on the corpses of Russian mercenaries who were killed during a fight. The passports confirm that citizens of the Russian Federation participated in the Debaltseve bridgehead battle," the press-service writes.
   "In particular, Evgeniy Bugrov, born July 23, 1976, was registered in the city of Tyumen. In addition, Bugrov was a DPR fighter, as evidenced by the appropriate military ID. According to the soldier who killed the Russian mercenary, Bugrov wore a specialized contemporary uniform of the marine armed forces of the Russian Federation and behaved as a well-trained soldier on the battlefield," the Ministry added.

   "It is also unclear where the other killed DPR fighter, Ivan Budrys, who allegedly had Ukrainian passport, got a compulsory pension insurance certificate of the Russian Federation," the press-service stated.

Special Forces captured scouts of 2nd brigade of Russian mercenaries: "Our commander is Russian Lieutenant Colonel Turnov. Russians treat us as cannon fodder".
   (Censor.NET) --- Russian mercenaries call for their accomplices to surrender in a report from the A sector in the Luhansk region describing the combat work of the special forces of the 8th Khmelnytskyi Regiment.
   Censor.NET reports citing Espreso.TV.
   Soldiers of the 8th Khmelnytskyi Regiment discovered Russian uniform, anti-personnel mines, Igla MANPADS, machine-guns, as well as silent pistols used by Russian special forces in an arms dump located in a village house. The also detained three Russian mercenaries. One of them, Anton Chaika, calls for their accomplices to surrender and confesses that Russian troops treat them as cannon fodder.

Ukrainian soldiers captured Russian Shmel infantry (flame) grenade throwers near Ridkodub village. PHOTOS
   (Censor.NET) --- A clash of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the militants happened two nights ago near the village of Ridkodub.
   As a result, our soldiers seized several Shmel rocket infantry (flame) grenade throwers, Censor.NET informs citing the press-service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
   As noted by one of our soldiers who participated in the battle, this kind of weapon is used only by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to the marking, the flamer was made in 2000.
   He added that Ukrainian troops receive trophies made by Russian Oboronprom after almost every battle.
   "This includes small arms, specific equipment, and even tanks and combat vehicles. This is one more proof of the Russian track in the escalation of the armed conflict in the east of Ukraine," the press-service writes.

Terrorist shelling of Mariupol outskirts killed one and wounded two soldiers
   (Censor.NET) --- Today the terrorists shelled Mariupol outskirts once again. As a result, one soldier was killed and two were wounded.
   The M sector press-secretary Dmytro Chalyi stated, Censor.NET reports citing the "0629" website.
   "While shelling Novoselivka village, the terrorists fired at both Ukrainian troops' positins and residential houses. One serviceman was killed and two were wounded. The information about damages and victims in the village is being processed. As of 9 a.m., there is no information about attacks at ATO forces' positions in the M sector. The situation is under control," Chalyi writes.
   According to him, Hnutove and Novoselivka villages, as well as Mykolaivka town are being shelled with different kinds of weapons today since 5.10 a.m.

Ukraine army gets Spartan armoured vehicles mounting anti-tank missiles
   (Zik) --- Ukraine army got 6 Spartan armoured vehicles mounting a module including a machine gun and Stugna anti-tank missiles, NSDC head Oleksandr Turchynov said Feb. 7.
   The combat module is undergoing testing in Donbas and at testing grounds and will be installed on APCs.
   Turchynov stressed that military plants are working three shifts to cope with the defense ministry production orders.
   The NSDC head stressed the importance of military cooperation with Ukraine’s partners.

Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 70 terrorists and destroyed 24 units of military equipment over last night.
   (Censor.NET) --- Terrorists suffer significant losses confronting the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Feb.7.
   Censor.NET reports citing the ATO press-center.
   "According to the intelligence data, 70 terrorists were killed and 24 units of military equipment were destroyed over the last 24 hours.
   "About 20 militants were injured. There are four tanks, two Grad rocket systems, two GPGs (self-propelled gun) and four tracks destroyed," the statement says.

Terrorists shelled Debaltseve by Grads and Stanytsia Luhanska and Krymske by tanks and artillery
   (Censor.NET) --- The separatists shelled Ukrainian troops' positions 39 times over the past night.
   The enemy once again concentrated the fire attacks in the Debaltseve sector. The city was shelled by Grads and mortars four times, Censor.NET reports citing the ATO press-center.
   According to the report, Chornukhyne, Novohryhorivka, and Maloorlivka villages were also shelled. 10 attacks were reported in each Luhansk and Donetsk sectors.
   "Stanytsia Luhanska and Krymske villages, which were shelled with tanks and artillery, suffered the most. The terrorists also fired at Bohdanivka and Krasnohorivk avillages. In the Mariupol sector, Novoselivka village was shelled with Grads three times. Ukrainian troops repulsed the attacks and persuaded the enemy to stop shelling civilian settlements," the press center informed.
